  1. Signed channel agreement: a simple master agreement covers all engagements. Standard reseller margins.
  2. You own the account: your customer relationship, SOW, and invoice. We deliver behind your brand or as a named subcontractor.
  3. Flexible engagement models: fixed-fee pen tests, retainer-based partnerships, or T&M for advisory.

How co-sell works

  1. Partner intro: 30-minute channel-partner call, mutual NDAs, walk through the catalog and pricing.
  2. Co-scope the deal: joint scoping with you and the customer; agree on how EntruLabs shows up on the account before paper goes out.
  3. Delivery, your call: our architects execute the work. Customer-facing involvement is whatever the engagement calls for, from joint delivery to a full EntruLabs staffed team.
  4. Outcomes & expansion: replayable findings, exec reports, re-test included; expand into adjacent platform-security work.
